Hose Couplings

ContiTech Beattie Limited manufacture a complete range of couplings from hose inserts and adaptors through to high pressure quick disconnect self-sealing couplings in various materials including carbon steel, 316 stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and alloy 400. Hose couplings are available ex-stock both in one-piece and two-piece form in all standard threads, eg JIC, BSP, Metric, SAE, NPT etc. In addition 'special' couplings are manufactured on request.

The ContiTech Beattie range of quick disconnect couplings incorporates several features, including individual locking, non-interchangeability, valved & non-valved type and colour coding. Also included is the QR9 flat face coupling that is dry-break thereby preventing ingress of dirt into the system. The company can offer the range of quick disconnect fittings in a multi-coupling plate form for quick and easy disconnection.

All couplings are produced on state of the art Mazak, Hitachi Seiki and Hardinge CNC Machine Tools.
