Fireshield 300 Firewater Mains Systems

Fireshield 300 was introduced into the company's fire-rated family of hoses due to an urgent demand from the offshore industry. Fireshield 300 is of rugged design and was primarily developed for use on firewater mains systems on board offshore installation and sea going vessels where requirements call for hoses to be fire-rated and capable of working in extreme heat in the event of an emergency. As a result Fireshield 300 has been fire-tested in an enclosed furnace at full working pressure at a Lloyds nominated independent test house to temperatures in excess of 700º C for periods of 30 minutes at which time the tests were discontinued
